Twilight Galaxy - Metric
Did they tell you, you should grow up when you wanted to dream? Did they warn you better shape up if you want to succeed?
I don’t know about you, who are they talking to?
They’re not talking to me. I’m higher than high, lower than deep. I’m doing it wrong, singin’ along.
Did I ask you for attention when affection is what I need? Thinking sorrow is perfection, I would wallow till you told me there’s no glitter in the gutter…
There’s no twilight galaxy.
~ The song has nothing to do with the sparkly vampire. Thank you.
"I grew up with all these hippies. Ten of them and one of me. None of them wanted to work and spent all their time talking and dreaming and fooling around. 90% of that hippie stuff is just bullshit but the ideals of that generation were very beautiful and powerful and rebellious. I had to dress and feed myself from the time I was six, which meant I became a very organised person. But there came a point when I was about seven or eight, when I saw the absurdity of living in a commune and I said to them, ‘Why don’t you just DO SOMETHING!?’"

I don’t want it to mean that much to me.
The use of patent pending Hot Spot™ technology in the Remember Ring™ is a great way of remembering your anniversary, as it lets you know that it is the same time of the year. The interior surface of this ring will warm up to 120 F for no more than 10 seconds. The process will start 24 hours before the ‘big day’, and you will experience this interior to keep warming up every hour. The great thing is that the ring produces enough heat to make you notice what it wants to remind you, but it is not hot enough to do any damage to your skin.

I always do this. It isn’t a burger if it doesn’t have fries and lots of ketchup in it.
Metric. Listen to them. They’re indie and they sound nice.
Their songs “Monster Hospital”, “Police and the Private” and “Front Row” have been used on the television show Grey’s Anatomy. “Monster Hospital” has also been used in CSI: Miami and “Gold Guns Girls” has been used on Gossip Girl, Zombieland, Entourage and Grey’s Anatomy. Gossip Girl also featured “Gimme Sympathy” in the same episode.
Just saying. No implications intended.
Ugh.
